Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiteWOF, a website audit tool ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SiteWOF provides automated website audits, including broken link checking, PageSpeed performance scoring, site type classification, compliance checks, and a pass/fail verdict. Reports are generated in Markdown format.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Free Audits

We offer one free audit per person. Free audits are subject to the following:

• One free audit code per email address
• Codes are for single use and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to revoke free audit access at any time
• Free audits may be rate-limited to prevent abuse

3. Paid Audits

Paid audit codes are available for purchase through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree that:

• All sales are final — no refunds unless required by New Zealand consumer law
• Codes are valid for one audit each unless otherwise stated
• Codes are for your own use or your direct clients
• Reselling audit codes without permission is prohibited
• We may change pricing at any time; existing codes remain valid

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to test
• Overload, flood, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Automate or script audit requests without prior written permission
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute audit codes commercially without a partnership agreement

5. Intellectual Property

The SiteWOF name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. The audit reports generated by the Service are yours to use, share, and provide to your clients as you see fit.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law:

• SiteWOF is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
• Audit reports are advisory only and should not be considered legal or professional compliance advice
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• PageSpeed scores, compliance checks, and link analysis are based on automated tools and may not reflect all issues

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs including Google PageSpeed Insights, Stripe, Cloudflare, and DeepSeek. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Paid codes associated with terminated access will not be refunded in cases of Terms violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
